FastBuy AI provides AI-powered shopping assistance, helping users search for products and complete purchases.

• No accounts: No user registration or login required for shoppers

How We Use Information

Search queries are used solely to find products from connected stores. We do not store, sell, or share your search history.

Third-Party Services

When you click a checkout link, you are redirected to the merchant's Shopify store. Their privacy policy applies to any purchases.

Store Owner Data

For Shopify store owners who connect their stores: we access only the product catalog data (titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants) through Shopify's official OAuth API. We do not access customer data, order history, or financial information.

Data Retention

We do not retain user data. Search sessions are temporary and not logged. Store product data is cached temporarily for performance.

Security

All connections use TLS 1.3 encryption. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We follow Shopify's security best practices for app development.
